Working with other institutions and projects is an important part of the Library's work.

By doing this we can give wider access to our collections and offer an opportunity to interpret them in new and exciting ways.

The People's Collection

The People's Collection website offers access to Welsh heritage and history. It includes contributions from Wales' leading heritage institutions, including the Library, and you can also share your collections on the website to enrich it. The project offers training on how to scan your items in order to upload them to the site.

Wales Remembers

The Library's commemoration programme was an integral part of the Welsh Government's Wales Remembers 1914 - 1918 programme. The Library has a wealth of collections relating to the First World War period, and our programme was a combination of events and online presentation of our collections.
