Pa le sydd i fwyd mewn diwylliant a llên Gymraeg?

The foods of Wales is a vast subject area that we have largely ignored and will be discussed by Carwyn Graves in his lecture. Does this stem from deep within our folklore? Is it possible to speak meaningfully about Welsh 'food culture'? What would this culture look like? Carwyn's first two books are about the history of the apple and the history of foods in Wales, and looks in detail at the cultural aspect of food. He is currently working on a book on the Welsh landscape.
