Cymru Fu: yn cynwys hanesion, traddodiadau, yn nghyda chwedlau a dammegion Cymreig

Isaac Foulkes was a journalist and writer. In 1862 he set up a press of his own and made several moves around Liverpool before finally settling down at the Don Chambers, Paradise Street in 1896. 'Cymru Fu' was the most notable of his early publications, sold in three parts (1862-4) at one shilling each. It was a collection of Welsh fables, romances, folklore and traditions, which, with few exceptions, he wrote himself.
