Why do you need my personal data?

To enable us to provide you with audited access to our crowdsourcing platform.

On what basis will you be processing my personal data?

As part of our Public Task as a National Library laid out in our Charter and other governing documents.  

Will anyone else be given a copy of my data?

The data will be stored securely on an external system within the EU by Digirati in compliance with international standards and best practice for information security management. We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our electronic communication.  These messages will be restricted to issues relating to your account and the services we provide you and NOT for any promotional or marketing purposes.  We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. How long will you keep my personal data?

Until access to the platfrom has been removed.

What happens if I do not provide the required information for registration?

We will not be able to provide access to the crowdsourcing platform.

Can I have my personal data deleted?

You can contact us through the details provided at the bottom of this page to request that we delete your personal data.
