To coincide with the arrival of the national Eisteddfod in Ceredigion in 2022, we look at the foundations and development of the National Eisteddfod through the diverse collections of the National Library of Wales. From Iolo Morganwg’s manuscripts relating to the establishment of the Gorsedd of the Bards to the poetry and prose of past winners, this exhibition celebrates the history and tradition of the Eisteddfod both past and present.
