Contractual, on the basis that they are required to process a payment.

Your data will not be shared with anyone else outside the National Library of Wales.

How long will you keep my personal data?

Until the end of the remaining calendar year + 6 years

What happens if you do not provide the required information supplied on this form?

We will not be able to give permission for you to use your personal digital camera in the reading room.
