Christmas Shopping at The National Library of Wales

Have you started Christmas shopping yet? If not, why not go to The National Library of Wales on Wednesday, December 6 where a feast of activity awaits. An opportunity to shop, eat, taste wine, and listen to the unique voice of local singer Linda Griffiths.
The activities commence at noon when traditional Christmas lunch will be served at Caffi Pen Dinas (one course at £8.00 and two courses at £12.00). The Library Shop will have a range of quality gifts, and there will be over 20 stalls by local artists and craftsmen. Enjoy live entertainment in the company of local artists; 'Swynol', and Linda Griffiths who will also be available to sign her new publication; 'Seidir Ddoe'.
The youngsters will have an opportunity to visit Santa’s Grotto from 5:00 until 6:00 pm, and a chance to create Christmas decorations.
Caffi Pen Dinas will serve light refreshments from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Authors including Wynne Melville Jones and Valériane Leblond will also be present promoting their recent publications, along with Dylan and Llinos Rowlands, Gwin Dylanwad Wine, Dolgellau, offering a wine tasting session. An ideal opportunity to ask them both for advice on which wine would best suit your Christmas menu!
Those of you who are interested in fashion will be very pleased to hear that 'Rig Out' (ladies fashion) and 'Chess' (Gentlemen’s fashion) shops from Llandeilo will be present. Why not take the opportunity to treat yourself?!
