You must register for a Reader's Ticket in order to request items from the Main Catalogue to view in the Library.
Users are encouraged to order material beforehand whenever possible. Due to conservation requirements, some items must be requested a specific period of time before your visit. You can find further details below.
We aim to deliver items within the hour. The latest time to order items to be viewed on the same day Monday to Friday is 16:15.
Non-Catalogue items can take up to 24 hours to be delivered.
The Library doesn't deliver items on Saturdays, therefore, all items must be ordered by 16:15 on the previous Thursday.
Original materials will not be provided for viewing/listening.
Access to digital viewing copies will be provided on request, but please allow a minimum of ten working days for the creation of these copies.
