Holi is the Hindu festival of colours, love and spring. It is celebrated every year with a massive chaotic colour fight. Holi celebrations serve as a reminder of the triumph of good over evil.

Hola is a three-day long Sikh festival established by Guru Gobind Singh, for the Sikhs to demonstrate their martial skills. It follows the Hindu festival of Holi by one day.

Today ,we recall and honour the over fifteen million Victims of Slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade ,who faced brutality for over 400 years, and to also raise awareness of the dangers of racism and prejudice.

The Pan Celtic Festival is a festival of music, dance and sport held annually in Ireland. The first festival was held in County Kerry with the aim of nurturing and promoting the languages of Celtic nations. Wales has been represented in the festival since its inception in 1971.

Laylat al-Qadr also known as the Night of Power, falls on one of the odd number days in the last days of Ramadan. It is considered the holiest of nights in Islam.

World Health Day is a global health awareness day celebrated annually. It is primarily promoted and sponsored by the World Health Organization and other organisations concerned with health.

Eid al-Fitr is a feast celebrated by Muslims all over the world and marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
