The Illingworth Cartoon Collection explores a wide variety of topics through the eyes of one of Britain's best known cartoonists of the twentieth century. Themes covered by these cartoons include The Second World War, The Cold War, Everyday Life in Britain, and Welsh Events.
The Campaign! website introduces a selection of original sources including documents, photographs, sound and video footage, and places these within their wider historical context. The material spans the twentieth century, and is organised along thematic lines.
The National Library of Wales subscribes to many useful online resources. Teachers and pupils aged 16 and over can access these by registering free of charge for a Reader's Ticket.
