Agriculture and the production and sale of food have always been important in Wales. These clips show how rich the food heritage of Wales is, and how much has changed in the farming and eating habits of the Welsh during the 20th century.
Please note that English subtitles are available for some of the Welsh-language clips, and we are in the process of adding subtitles to the remaining ones.
